Membership

It is important to have a good working relationship between fire chiefs, county commissioners, and trustees, and together we can continue to be a strong presence in the Montana fire service community.

MFTA Membership is for Montana Rural Fire Districts & Fire Service Areas; all trustees are considered active members and receive all MFTA membership benefits. Dues are based on annual operating budget, not including grants, bond issues, debt payments, capital outlay or capital improvements. 2023 Membership Form
